Riverwood Hideaway

This off-grid, solar powered hideaway is on the Knife River just a few miles outside of Two Harbors, Minnesota. The cabin itself is loaded with comfort. A full kitchen, propane refrigerator, solar powered lights and a gas fireplace/furnace offer the conveniences of home. There is an outhouse and firewood for the outdoor firepit. You will have to bring your own water for drinking, but we provide hand and dish washing water at the sink. We have coffee with pour over utensils, dishes, spices.

It is perfectly located 20 minutes from Duluth and 5 minutes from Two Harbors, 5 from a boat launch. Our cabin is certified as Net Zero Ready through the DOE and was designed and built by Timberlyne.

Come and enjoy all the Northwoods of Wisconsin has to offer at our beautiful, secluded cabin on our private lake, Long Lake. Enjoy all the amenities we have ,such as, hot tub, canoes, fire pit, and more! Here you will have immediate access to ATV and snowmobile routes, fishing on a private lake, and trails for hiking or hunting. Also conveniently located approximately 15 minutes out side of Superior Wisconsin where you will have access to any needs or amenities along with more sites to see!

It's a place to unplug and unwind on our bedrock shoreline, fun for all ages! Read on the sunny deck, skip rocks on the lake, build a fire on the rocks or in the fireplace, watch a summer lightning storm, explore Split Rock and Gooseberry Falls State Parks, bike, ski, snowshoe, enjoy local breweries, tasty smoked fish, and our own wild raspberries.

Peaceful A-frame cabin on Sturgeon Island

Relax, fish, stargaze & enjoy nature at Sturgeon Island A-frame. It sits on 1.5 acres of land and 400ft of shoreline, creating a peaceful & secluded getaway location in Minnesota. It is only 90 min north of Minneapolis and 50 min south of Duluth located on Sturgeon Island on Sturgeon Lake. Fish right from the dock, Kayak & paddle board, or bring your own boat! Grab a cup of coffee and watch the loons right from the deck, unwind & simply enjoy being in nature at Sturgeon Island A-frame!

Romantic Forest Cabin, Sauna, Trail to Beach

Treat yourself to a deluxe stay in this quiet, newly constructed cabin with picture windows, screened porch and barrel sauna. Enjoy long days and sunsets at Corny Beach, a 10 min walk from the cabin along a nature trail. Visit Bayfield 20 min away or take in the quirky, small-town of Cornucopia and then come home and take a sauna in this peaceful forest! The cabin has an occupancy limit of 2 adults and one dog ($50 pet fee). A SUP board is stored near the beach for guests in summer.

A comfy & cozy retreat in the Northwoods of Minnesota awaits you and yours for a quiet space to relax and enjoy the designed indoor & outdoor spaces. A small rural town with simple amenities is a half mile away or larger cities just 20+ miles away with outdoor activities galore. Our 80-foot bridge to a private island on a pond is a perfect setting to read a book or play cards with some friends. Our unique custom basement bar and surrounding intimate spaces will keep you at ease.

Sturgeon Lake Studio

Cozy dog friendly studio cabin to get away from it all! Situated on a half acre that also has RV hookups for those that want to park a camper. There are several lakes close by with boat and water access. Tons of hiking and exploring opportunities at Banning State Park, Moose Lake State Park and Jay Cooke State Park. Also in close proximity to ATV/biking/snowmobile trails including the Soo line and General Andrews. 15 minute drive to Moose Lake. And less than an hour from Duluth.

Beautiful house in the woods!

Upon your arrival to Buffalo Valley you will receive a warm welcome with an escort to your house by the host, in the beautiful north woods. At check in you will receive a key to the cabin. (Please note that the house capacity is 6 guests, no exceptions. We also have a NO pet policy.) There is a guide book that gives you all the information you will need. You will love how remote you are, yet so close to town. Enjoy the fire pit and sauna in the comforts of the wilderness!

South Shore A-Frame: Steps from Lake Superior

A peaceful, feel good place. Renovated rustic modern Aframe off Lake Superior's scenic south shore. Surrounded by evergreen and birch trees in an idyllic woodland setting. Enjoy walks to the beach, breathtaking sunsets and beach bonfires, kayaking the famous seacaves, biking, hiking to waterfalls, shopping for vintage treasures or just relaxing/stargazing in the beautiful private backyard. A perfect home base for exploring the Apostle islands, Bayfield and Madeline Island.

Off Grid cabin, Cozy, warm up by the fire.

A unique, octagon, cedar log cabin, situated on 40 secluded wooded acres. A short hike over the Sucker River on a storybook foot bridge to a generous deck which surrounds the cabin. You will need to be physically fit to stay here. You must climb a steep ladder to the loft and do a 2ft step to get off the deck to the marshy land below for making a fire. Also bring a sense of adventure! Wildlife is very near. We do not allow animals or smoking of any kind, sorry.

Weclome to our cozy cabin in the north woods sittuated on 217 acres of woods with 5 miles of trail to walk, ski or snowshoe! This log cabin offers a master bedroom and a loft and 1.5 bathrooms. This is a 4 season property with access to some of MN's premier snowmobile and ATV trails. Ride the ditch to the trail head! It is also close to lots of outdoor adeventures, easy drive to the Duluth area and multiple state parks!
