Wonderful location. Quiet. You can hear the train off in the distance, which is lovely. The front beautiful is the perfect place to have your drink of choice. The screened porch was a great place for meals. Very easy kitchen to cook in. Host was extremely responsive and flexible. Highly recommend.

Great location for us as the relatives we were visiting is walking distance which was perfect! We all loved the sunken fireplace sitting area and had never seen one before. The house was stocked with everything we needed or wanted and was very clean a d tidy. Even tho the Mississippi River was frozen, the view was spectacular ~ we didn't see Eagles but I'm sure they are there! We plan on coming back in the fall for color and eagle watching! Do not hesitate to book!!

This place was perfect for our family when we went to Dubuque for a wedding. It was spacious and comfortable for 3 adult couples and 2 kids.

Stacy's place was great. We visited for an alumni weekend at UD. It was close to campus and very walkable to everything downtown. We will look to stay here again next year.

We were in a group of friends that stayed here for a wedding. The space was plenty big for all of us and was welcoming and clean. Just be aware that only one of the beds is in a bedroom, the other bed is in the living space without a door separating it from the rest of the living space. We made it work, but it might not be the best fit if multiple couples want their own private space. We would recommend it for the location, comfort, and cleanliness, however!

We had three families in for a ski trip and had a fantastic weekend! The house was clean, comfortable, and accommodating for our rowdy crew! The kids loved the car game and the pool table and the adults loved that they could have their own living room separate from the kids! We would definitely recommend and stay again if we are ever back that way!

The Barn House was in a beautiful location and it housed all 15 of us very comfortably. Very clean. No complaints whatsoever. Also, Gerarda was very friendly while also maintaining privacy. 10/10 experience.

Very nice and comfortable place with many amenities! Great location near restaurants and grocery stores. We were there for a Loras College graduation and it was a short distance to the college.

Our family had a wonderful time at the Mississippi Waterfront cabin. It was secluded (in the winter time) with plenty of space for the kids to go outside and play. The listing showed 2 bedrooms, but there is a 3rd private bedroom in the basement that made this an extra good value.

A delightful retreat. A frames have a special charm and this one definitely stands above the rest. Excellent views & easy to operate gas stove made for cozy couch and reading time. This felt like a well loved home instead of a stale guest residence run by a rental agency, which always makes the experience more personalized. Kent was very communicative and provided plenty of detail about the space and its quirks. Would return again.

We had an amazing stay! Nick & Caitlin were incredibly friendly and hospitable, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The space was spotless and clearly well taken care of, which made for a very comfortable and relaxing experience. It was also very toddler-friendly, which made traveling with our little one so much easier and stress-free. Everything was exactly as described (if not better), and the overall vibe was peaceful and welcoming. We would absolutely stay here again—highly recommend!

We have nothing but great praises for this cabin! Very clean the moment we stepped in! Having a bed and bathroom and living area on both levels was terrific. Plenty of games, blankets and towels. Kitchen is small but has everything we needed for our stay. The outside spaces are to die for and the view is hard to beat. You can walk trails around the pond or even canoe on the pond! The views of Dubuque at night are also beautiful. The place was so quiet and relaxing and absolutely perfect for us! We are already planning on coming back! Rob was very responsive and gave us all the information we needed!! Thanks again Rob!

The cabin was beyond peaceful and very private! But not far from shopping, and restaurants! Hot tub was clean and very well maintained! Was such an amazing/beautiful getaway!
