You’ll love the super high ceilings and the open concept. Originally built in 1894, we’re conveniently located near downtown and steps away from great PA Wilds hiking! Ridgway’s Rail Trail is also just blocks away. Enjoy a full kitchen and your own laundry room, as well as a dining area and personal work space.

Totally private space is really like a one bedroom apartment. Located five minutes from DuBois Regional Medical Center and downtown DuBois. Ten minutes from the DuBois Penn State Campus. The guest house is a 20 x 16 ft. studio which sits on 115 acres of woods and fields with great views just outside Brookville. It is approximately 20 yards from the main house and equipped with a queen bed, a sofa, full bath with walk in shower, and small refrigerator, toaster oven, microvave, and TV. The property has multiple walking trails and is situated approximately 5 miles from Route 80. It is also close to Cook's Forest, the Clarion River, and Punxsutawney.
