Modern & stylish 2-bedroom unit with private yard.

The villa was compact but comfortable for 2A+ 2 tweens. We were all content with what was provided for a quick 2 night visit. The bedding was luxurious. We hate travelling away from home leaving our comfort behind so it was a real bonus to find that we all enjoyed our sleep. There were multiple options of pillows, really warm fluffy quilts and beds were ALL very comfortable. The bathroom/laundry was small but super clean and the hot water was another big tick in our book. The kitchen had everything you really needed. There was an enclosed outdoor area, not that we used/needed it on this trip but handy for those with younger kids. All the tech was available if you needed it for charging stations and TV apps etc. Catherine & Jason were very responsive in their messages leading up to our stay (as well as during) to make sure that we had everything that we needed. Check out and check in was smooth. Fridge/top freezer a good size if travelling with own food. Neighbourhood was quiet & safe.

It was absolutely pleasure to stay during our Dubbo trip at Nancy's place. Nice house, very clean and tidy, wonderful host- Nancy and Peter are very friendly, giving us some local tips on where to eat and visit. They have 2 very lovely and well-trained dogs, that are amazing and gentle with children. The location is also very convenient.

Maintained the gardens and lawns immaculately. communications where clear and would have to be the cleanest,neatest BnB I have stayed in recently. our Ameeica. judge felt very at home and having 11 days I. it it was such better than a motel toom. We felt right at home. It was our home away from home. It had everything we needed, and is a beautifully decorated, cosy home that was such a lovely place to come home to after a day out sightseeing the lovely area. I had also asked the host for some recommendations for other things to see and do, which we really enjoyed as well. I messaged the host a few times and she was very friendly and quick to respond. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to my friends and family and when we return to Dubbo, I’ll be coming back to this Airbnb. Thanks so much for your hospitality.

Cosy Retreat on Naman - Private & Convenient

As far as apartments go they do not get much better than this. It's modern and clean, the kitchen is great, and the indoor-outdoor balcony is massively spacious while also private. The street is quiet and peaceful. I had a really relaxing stay without any annoyances or grievances.
