Marina Sky Garden with private pool

Enjoy chilling in the private pool and some sundowners overlooking the sea. This 275 square meter apartment with its private terrace is located on the 42nd floor in Jumeirah Beach Residence. The beach is a short walk away, and the area is fully of restaurants, bars and shops. It is also not far from Bluewaters Island and the Dubai Eye. It is easy to get around by foot, tram or taxi. Note that the building access operates through Face ID, and requires passport copy & digital photo of all guests.

Fully-equppied studio with private beach and pool

The studio is located in Palm Jumeirah, a famous landmark of Dubai. Grandeur Residences complex has its own private beach and pool 10 meters away from the building and underground parking, everything free of charge. The studio has a very peaceful backyard and a small private garden, where you can relax. Neighboring our residency is a famous 5-star hotel Zabeel Saray with great restaurants, where you have a 30% DISCOUNT on everything.
