Enjoy chilling in the private pool and some sundowners overlooking the sea. This 275 square meter apartment with its private terrace is located on the 42nd floor in Jumeirah Beach Residence. The beach is a short walk away, and the area is fully of restaurants, bars and shops. It is also not far from Bluewaters Island and the Dubai Eye. It is easy to get around by foot, tram or taxi. Note that the building access operates through Face ID, and requires passport copy & digital photo of all guests.

Take an early morning stroll on the canal boardwalk and then come back to enjoy the pool or a delicious coffee as I have organized 3 different ways of coffee for you to enjoy on the balcony.
