Only 90 minutes from Melbourne CBD, 60 minutes to Mt Baw Baw, we also have shuttle bus access to some fantastic local country pubs. The property backs on to State Forest with amazing sunrises, sunsets, and wildlife including Lyre Birds, wallabies, and bird life. The property is pet friendly.

The scenary is breathtaking and there is plenty to do even if it's just to relax by the cozy wood heater, with plenty of firewood Close to bike/walking tracks and a comfortable drive to the ski fields. Walhalla is about an hour away and there are plenty of wineries and wonderful cafes in the area. 25 minutes to Gumbuya Park.

The lounge has soft furnishings and open fire place. We also have gas heating and a split air conditioner. There are two bedrooms , both with queen beds which consist of luxurious linen and towels, both have wardrobes and one has a desk.The bathroom has a modern walk in shower and toilet. We have a full-size kitchen with everything you will need .Laundry with washing machine & dryer, iron and another toilet . There is a fully enclosed deck with bbq, heater and seating for 8.

Halcyon Cottage Retreat provides a modern take on Bed and Breakfast accomodation in Gippsland. Set on 12 peaceful and private acres with pool, bbq, indoor fire, TV/DVD, clawfoot bath , carport and guest laundry. There is a kitchenette which includes fridge, toaster, jug, microwave, electric frypan, bench top toaster oven and single induction hotplate. Pets by arrangement only no surprises.
