Golden Isles Getaway Marsh View

A Great Vacation Rental, centrally located on St. Simons Island in the Sea Palms community next to the Sea Palms Golf Resort. This is a 2 bedroom, with a King in one and queen in the other , 2 bath, washer-dryer, kitchen and living space combo and has a nice little sitting room that has a perfect view of the marsh. The condo backs up to the marsh, has a large deck that faces east, and makes it enjoyable to watch the beautiful sunrises we have . Quiet and peaceful makes it a great getaway spot !

Home is beautifully decorated with beach decor and turtles! The master has king bed and full bath on suit. 2nd bedroom upstairs has a full size bed. 3rd bedroom has a Queen, 4th bedroom has Queen and desk. Blowup queen mattress available. Great for a couples getaway. Located on a lovely lagoon, you will enjoy a very peaceful setting shared with nature. Two decks overhang the water for turtle and fish viewing. Recently purchased and renovated with many new furnishings, floors, and appliances in a soft setting of sea foam, indigo blues, driftwoods, and grays. 55" Smart TV with full service Xfinity and Netflix along with free internet. There is another TV in the bedroom along with a very comfy chaise.

Come love what we love about our adopted hometown! We are pet lovers! So your pets are welcome. There is a $25 one time pet fee per pet to help cover the cost of the extra cleaning needed when our furry guests check out.
