RetroTrek Bungalow Private-Fenced-Cozy

Our bungalow is nicely suited for 2, features a separate kitchen, a 3/4 bath, & large main room for sleeping or relaxing. We offer a private entrance with carport parking. Yard is fenced, with dog door, up to 2pets are welcome. Centrally located, within minutes of the airport, downtown and the University of Arizona. We are within walking distance to Reid Park for golfing or a visit to the Zoo. Even though we are midtown with easy access to many areas of town, you will find it surprisingly quiet.

Private room with separate entrance, bath, patio, parking & kitchenette. NO Cleaning Fee. Single pet fee. Not recommended for day sleepers. We have 2 small dogs. We're 4 miles from UofA, 6 miles from I-10, 7 miles from Tucson International Airport. Wheelchair accessible 16'x12' room w firm double bed, mini-fridge, toaster oven, microwave, hot plate, pans, dinner ware, Keurig, blender, roll-in shower, ADA toilet, safety bar, ramped entrance, carport/patio parking & smoking outside.

A Midtown Private Studio with Kitchenette

The studio provides ample privacy. If you’re driving, park your car in the driveway or on the street. This area is full of the classic post WWII starter homes in a well established neighborhood. The square footage of the studio space is about 300 feet. It’s ideal for stays for 1-2 people. If a guest needs space to work too, there is a desk and High speed cox cable internet with wifi. Pets are welcome with a small fee for additional cleaning. La Madera Park, is 1/2 a block away.

Thunderbird: a haven for hikers, birders, artists

Nestled at the foot of stunning Red Butte, Thunderbird Suite is southwestern decor with antique furniture. Just outside the glass doors, is a desert landscape of Saguaros & other Sonoran natural desert cactus & trees. Thunderbird is an independent, private suite added onto the main house, with a wall separating it. There is laundry available just next to the private bath with shower & tub. Perfect casita Minutes from U of A & downtown!

Brand new home located near the downtown area . Minutes from all Gem shows and Kino soccer fields. Many restaurants and bars nearby. There is also a Costco, Walmart, and movie theater nearby. 24 hour post office around the corner . This home is a few minutes to the U of A. 15 minutes from the airport. Very convenient location. Parking on premises. Open 600 sq ft space with two queen beds. Kitchen, bathroom & shower. The yard is gated so you can have pets outside only, NOT inside
