This charming upstairs studio apartment has a private entrance and is close to the University of Arizona, downtown, and University Medical Center. Features that guests love include a comfy king bed, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and electric kettle. There is a delightful ramada area for relaxing outdoors. We are happy to share the pool with our guests in season (April - October). Covid vaccination required.

Sunny Downtown Adobe

Come enjoy a stay at this stylish historic Adobe in the heart of downtown Tucson. The location is so advantageous to all of what Tucson’s downtown area has to offer: coffee shops, breakfast joints, restaurants, bars, music venues, art, etc. The unit is one half of a duplex which was built sometime around 1905. The original shotgun apartment has been beautifully revitalized with Mexican tile that accentuates its charming character and acacia wood floors that help blend the old with the new.

Cimarrones is an historic property located in the heart of Tucson's charming Barrio Viejo. Completely renovated in 2021, the building is now a duplex, with Cimarrones fronting the picturesque street. While the charm of the historic elements - the thick adobe walls, high ceilings with wood vigas, brick paver floors - has been preserved, a selective choice of luxury contemporary conveniences, fixtures and finishes will make your stay supremely comfortable. Cozy Casita Latilla en Barrio Viejo with Parking!

Historic Casita Latilla is located in the heart of Tucson's Barrio Viejo. This adobe casita is named for its interior ceiling made of Saguaro ribs, or "latillas" which were a building material of choice before wood and metal became more readily available with the arrival of the railroads in the 1880's. Notable for having one of the largest concentrations of 19th Century adobe structures in the country, Barrio Viejo is one of Tucson's most appealing and colorful neighborhoods.
