Beautifully maintained 1920's Craftsman Bungalow in historic, safe and walkable Dunbar Spring neighborhood. Close to I-10 and within a 5-10 minute walk or drive to downtown, UA, 4th Ave, crafts stores, great restaurants and many other Tucson attractions. Spacious living room, king and queen bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen and inviting outdoor spaces. Enjoy coffee on the large porch and watch the birds as they come to feed on the flowers. Plenty of free street parking in front of the house.

Come enjoy a stay at this stylish historic Adobe in the heart of downtown Tucson.
