Quaint 1 bedroom home with backyard near Ruston.

Experience Tacoma in this home away from home. The living room is inviting and relaxing. The kitchen is equipped to make memorable meals to enjoy on the live edge bar. The home also comes with a chill outdoor space. The deck and patio are the perfect place to enjoy the PNW sunshine and bbq. Sip coffee on the front porch in the mornings. This home is near the Town of Ruston, Point Ruston and the North End of Tacoma & Pt. Defiance park. It is clean & cozy & we look forward to having you!

ᗌᗌᗌ King bed, A/C, Jukebox, Fresh & new 1br

The duplex has been recently updated with all new furniture, appliances, and interior finishes. Decor was chosen with an eye towards vintage nostalgia. Our favorite item is the 1950s jukebox loaded with old classics. It's relaxing to watch the old mechanism hum to life and crank out hit after hit like we just elected Eisenhower. The neighborhood is quiet and the apartment is reasonably spacious for a one-bedroom. You should have everything you need for a short or long-term stay!
