There is a large front yard fenced in for dogs to run around or your friends and family to relax, BBQ, and play corn hole. Our newest addition is a 7 person Hot Tub!

Guesthouse Studio

Walking distance to downtown and also to Cal Poly, this studio is located behind the primary residence, with French doors that open onto a large tile patio. The 400 sq. ft. space is perfect for 2 people but can accommodate up to 4. The first bed is situated in a semi-private corner of the studio, while the second bed rolls out into the sitting room. The kitchen is equipped for simple meal prep with a microwave/convection oven and portable induction cooktop.

Serenity on Serrano is a Frank Lloyd Wright-inspired peaceful haven set in one of SLO's most prestigious neighborhoods right on the edge of a creek.
