Welcome to our marvelous midtown single family 4 Bed 4 Bath home. There is space for 2 cars to park in front of the property with an automatic gate. The washer and dryer is in a lockable room and is shared with the separate unit in the back. Security: For your secuirty, there are 2 Ring Flood Light Motion Cameras on the OUTSIDE of the building. Camera 1 is on the left side of the house facing the patio furniture. Camera 2 is on the right side of the house facing the driveway on the right-side of the house. Ring Doorbell at the front door. All cameras are OUTSIDE the house, there are no cameras in use inside the house. None of the cameras face inside the house. They only record when there is motion detected outside of the house. Footage is automatically erased and is not saved.

You will enjoy your own private living space. Duplex. Our place is a beautifully restored Craftsman home, spacious, clean, and wonderfully appointed for a very comfortable stay. I’m available on the premises next door if you need anything. Near the end of a leafy, quiet street close to downtown San Jose. We are close to San Jose Airport, Convection Center, Train/Bus station, highways 280, 101, and 87. NOTE: We are compliant with COVID-19 cleaning guidelines to keep our quest and ourselves safe.

Cozy Spanish Casita near SJSU

Hello world traveler. Thanks for choosing our beautiful casita. This lovely home can sleep up to four people. One room has a queen size bed, the second has a full size bed. We can provide an air mattress too if needed. Enjoy our new kitchen, bathroom, comfortable living room, big screen TV, & WIFI. Big backyard! There are two designated parking space in the driveway. We are pet friendly but please check with me first. We are compliant with COVID-19 cleaning guideline.

Comfortable Whole Home on two house lot

This home has lots of light, new appliances and furniture. You are renting the entire home in the rear of the property. This is in an older, diverse neighborhood, with friendly Hispanic, Portuguese, Viet, Black and White neighbors, and a low crime rate. The pets in the listing are actually in the front house. The back house is pet friendly, but cleaned after each visit. There are neighborhood cats outside. Easy access to bus lines, and two major highways (101 and 280).

Our beautiful historical mansion is a non-residential commercial historical large guesthouse for stays less than 21 continuous nights in each unit. Walk to anywhere downtown. #1 is a small complete apartment used exclusively by the booked guest. #1 has a bedroom with a full size bed, a full bathroom and a kitchen/family room with a sofa/full size bed. #1 has no common areas, but #1 has full access to all common areas.
