Clean, Safe, Quiet Bed/Bath Suite in City Center

Very private - very convenient - very easy. This is a bedroom suite (bedroom plus bathroom only) with a smartlock door (no need to meet me or anyone else to check in) accessed by a secure hallway in a downtown apartment building. This is all of the convenience of staying at the Hilton or Marriott (one block away) with none of the check-in hassle, at a much lower price. There is a mini fridge, Keurig with pods, and microwave.

I personally clean and maintain our place .The apartment is above a new food focus, fast casual style restaurant serving shawarma, no alcohol . We're convenient to the Richmond Convention Center, VCU, music venues, and local attractions. A parking pass for the lot beside the building "Parkway" is included in rental .
