Located in the heart of west Henrico County, this secluded 4000sf European style trendy home features a high tech kitchen with its countless fine utensils and condiments. Parties not allowed. 3 bedrooms and 1 office provide 3 queen beds, 1 twin futon. Master bedroom and bathroom not available since occupied by owner. The neighborhood is quiet and there's plenty of parking off street, less than 0.5 mile to shopping clusters on Staples Mill Road between Hungary Road and E. Parham Road.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. You don't need to drive during your stay. Whole foods, Trader Joe's, Gathering Place and over 10 restaurants all within a 5 minute walk from the space. Guest will have private use of the townhouse. Some rooms are blocked off as labeled on door handles . Please note the bedroom, media room and large patio are on the 4th floor. Walking steps are required. Approximately 2000 square feet of usable space is available to guest.

Cute and Cozy

This stylish and spacious one bedroom one bath apartment is at the heart of the city, yet tucked quietly near the river. The room has a king bed with beautiful and sublet decor. It’s fun packed with a 75 inch television for an evening of relaxation in the cozy living room, fresh popping popcorn machine, a Nintendo Switch, and a fully stocked kitchen. It’s walking distance to restaurants and bars and minutes from VCU, James River, Carytown and most of Richmond.

Come relax in this cozy nest in the city, which about 5 minutes from Brown's Island, as well as approximately 10 minutes away from Maymont and Forest Hill Park, McGuire Veterans Medical Center, MCV Hospital, and Shockoe Bottom restaurants. High speed internet is available, as well as access to pool and 24 hour gym. The living and dining area has a lot of natural light during the day, making it a very peaceful atmosphere.
