Our place is 15 min. from Omaha's zoo; 10 min from the Old Market; 5 min. from shopping/restaurants; 15 min. from the airport, and for nurses 3-10 min. from several hospitals. The 1000 sq. ft. apartment occupies the lower level of our house with a separate entrance and patio. SANITATION PLEDGE: We are taking extra measures to make sure your rented space is safe. At each cleaning, we use disinfectant to wipe down all surfaces, handles, railings, light switches, remote controls and appliances.

Welcome to Blue#2! A cozy studio apartment located within minutes of downtown but without the metered parking. Perfect for those who want to enjoy everything that Omaha has to offer (including the world famous zoo!) or just relax at home. Includes free wifi access, Netflix account and Roku tv. This apartment is in a renovated 1920's home so you will have your usual quirks that come with an older home. Pets are welcome! Please read the house rules and do not plan on leaving pets unattended.

It is a historic home so will have quirks that come with an older home. The bathroom is a hand held shower/bath only.

A shared, fully equipped kitchen is yours to enjoy! Wireless Internet. Your pet is welcomed to stay but I do not have a fenced yard.

This fresh, clean cozy house is located in a very quiet neighborhood. Just a few short block off the interstate (no interstate noise) and steps to the Henry Doorly Zoo. It is also just a short drive or Uber ride to the Old Market, Charles Schwab Ball field, Chi Auditorium, Lauritzen Gardens, Offutt Air force Base, Bellevue, Papillion, Harrahs and Ameristar Casinos, Creighton, UP headquarters.
