What a great spot to stay while in Long Beach! The location next to the Convention Center was perfect, allowing me to come "home" for lunch. It’s within walking distance to a grocery store, shops, the beach, and countless restaurants. Even though we never used the car, having a parking spot was huge. I was there with a friend and it was great for both of us to have our own bedroom and bathroom. Brinda was an attentive and friendly host, responding quickly to any inquiries we had. While there is some traffic noise, the unbeatable location more than makes up for it. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to anyone needing accommodations in Long Beach!

Can't imagine a more well-equipped, beautifully appointed and well-kept place. We had four people staying, but up to fifteen going in and out. Patio kept the kids happy, while the adults could eat and talk comfortably inside. No problem with parking on the street.

We had a wonderful stay in Manhattan Beach. Josie’s beautiful home was in the perfect location walkable to restaurants, shops, and the beach. 100% would recommend.

Brenda was one of the best hosts I’ve had during my Airbnb stay. Brenda was very accommodating for my family: had flexible checkin/check out times, had quality bedding and amenities, and she always prompt and friendly when I reached out about questions. The home was very clean, which I appreciated given I had stayed at other Airbnbs in Newport Beach before. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this Airbnb to other guests and friends!

if your hesitant about booking. DONT. Just book it. Super fast to respond to any questions. Super Professional , this room has everything you will ever need and way MORE. The lighting in the room is amazing which you can control on the ipad. Kitchen is stacked , living area is cozy and comfy with an amazing skyline view of dtla. Best night of sleep I've gotten in a real long time. washer and dryer were handy as well. Also the parking is amazing. So secure you won't have to worry about anything.ive seen hotels in LA charge 60 a night alone just for parking. Great location. Many options too eat nearby. Convince store across the street. Yet the best part is the rooftop area. Amazing view of dtla of course. Huge Hotub. heated pool. Fire pit and barbecue pit. This was by far the best place to stay in LA. Will definitely be returning. 11/10

The only word I can say to describe Jim’s place is amazing. It really is. What an absolute privilege to stay in such a beautiful apartment on such a beautiful beach. The apartment had everything we needed and more, Jim was absolutely razor sharp responsive and when he nipped over to see us for an hour he left us feeling like we’d made a friend! What a great guy. Thank you, Jim. We’ll definitely be back.

This was a really great place to stay. Adam was great at communicating throughout the time that I was there. The location is perfect and it is in walking distance to lots of great things without being in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Hollywood. For those of you that like to cook there is a very nice gas stove and a full-size refrigerator. You can tell lots of thought was put into making this rental a comfortable place to stay.

Location, location, location! This place has the best location! I really enjoyed this condo in Long Beach! It is located across the street from the beach. There are a few restaurants/coffee shops within walking distance. There are 2 grocery stores within a two minute drive. It is a quick drive to the aquarium, outlet mall, and Queen Mary. The place is very clean and neatly decorated. It has everything you need. The hosts have thought of everything. There are a full array of cookware, appliances, items for the beach, toiletries, and even games. The beds, pillows, sheets and towels are all nice, comfortable and high quality. The building is safe and secure with a garage spot for a car. I would definitely stay here again!

the home was beautiful. everything was very inviting. we had a problem with the keypad but eventually was able to open it. we will definitely come back. the host answered all of my questions right away

This is a great place to stay. Everything was as expected and better. Plenty of spacious room and everything was clean and ready to go for our stay. Maya was great and very responsive. I needed to contact her a few times and she was right there to help. We pulled up right in front in the middle of the afternoon. Night parking can be a bit more challenging so just plan for it and you’ll be fine. There are plenty of walkable things to do. I would stay again without a doubt!!

It was a nice, large apartment, and it was great to have parking. However, it was difficult to find the key box, and the location didn't seem very secure. I was also looking for check out instructions (i.e. what to do with trash, dishes, etc) We didn't spend alot of time in the apartment. I would definitely stay again.

The place was amazing! Very spacious and exactly how it look in the pics. I absolutely loved being in downtown LA and it was very walkable and near lots of good restaurants and fun stuff to do. Honestly, definitely worth the stay! We spent an entire day up in the pool and gym which was also nice. Would definitely recommend this place. A bit overpriced in my opinion, but the place was amazing and very clean!

Brandon's place was very nice. The apartment itself exceeded expectations. Immaculate and well stocked kitchen made cooking very easy. The bed is firm -- about an 8 out of 10. I personally love a firm bed and found it to be very comfortable. Another thing to note is that the area is very noisy and dangerous with mentally ill drug addicts everywhere. I was followed by two sketchy individuals on Friday morning at 7 a.m. into the CVS as they attempted to box me in and trap me in an aisle. Luckily I have street smarts and am very aware of my surroundings and was able to escape, others might not have been so lucky. Note I am a 6 foot tall muscular male, usually not someone's first target. Also note, CA has effectively criminalized self-defense much like NY has, so fleeing is your only option. None of this is Brandon's fault, of course. Just pointing it out for those not aware of the area. Overall a great stay if one stays inside the bldg and runs out to jump into an Uber.

Clean, friendly, and safe airbnb. Overall would do again. The downtown free parking is much appreciated.

Christian’s apt was the perfect location during my family’s stay in LA. The place was spacious and comfortable and the location was near lots of great restaurants and places to visit. Access to a free parking garage was also very convenient. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing home and amazing host I totally love staying in Sam’s place. It’s convenient very clean and close to everything.

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was beautiful. The location was so convenient; we went to the bar next door for cocktails, walked to whole food… so much near by. The bed was super comfortable and it was a bonus using the hot tub and seeing the sunset lit skyline on the roof top. I was concerned it might be noisy but it was not at all. I did not hear anything in the bedroom where I need quiet for sleep. It was truly perfect! Malcom was an amazing host, very responsive and allowed us to check in early as we had arrived earlier from our trip overseas. Wonderful stay!

This was the first visit to LA for my best friend and I. We took public transit to the location with no issues. The check in process seemed to be daunting from the description but it was nothing but seemless. The building is beautiful, the location is fantastic with plenty of shops and restaurants starting right next door. There is so much to do and so many places to visit. We went to a Kylie Minogue concert, took a trip to Santa Monica, a trip to West Hollywood and shopped in LA. We ate at several restaurants, including one on the same block all were fabulous. The unit is a soft loft style with exposed duct work, very spacious, tall ceilings and really clean. Being immune compromised from my cancer fight it was important to be in a clean unit and this one did not disappoint. The view is not great during the day but it comes alive at night with a view of the lit up Eastern Columbia Building. The hosts were very kind and responsive to questions. I would absolutely stay here again.
