HOWEVER, we are not in the hotel district. The closest hotel is 2 blocks away, so be aware of the location when booking.

Welcome to The Mockingbird at Chester Nests! The Mockingbird is located in a historic double shotgun style duplex located in the Governor's Mansion Historic District in downtown Little Rock. This historic property was built in 1939 and has been lovingly restored so it has all the historic charm combined with modern conveniences. Downtown Gem Close to Everything

You'll love everything about this centrally located apartment! It's walking distance to the new Arkansas Museum of Fine Arts, Stone's Throw Brewery, and so much more! Well furnished with everything you need for an overnight stay or longer. The bedroom has a comfortable queen bed. The couch in the living room has a sleeper sofa that can sleep an additional two people. A pack n play is available upon request.

Small studio (#3) in the heart of SOMA!

This small apartment has one bedroom with a double bed, chair, dresser, TV, full kitchen, and a full but tiny bathroom. We live on the first floor and there are three apartments upstairs, including this one. Two blocks from shops, restaurants, bakeries, art museum, distillery, and brewery. Dogs are allowed, but no cats. We love cats, but have had problems with spraying.
