Park on the premises, walk 2 blocks to the heart of Historic Downtown Flagstaff. Cozy one bedroom house affectionately called 'Hobbit House' for having low ceilings, especially in the bathroom (see description for details), queen bed, well stocked kitchen, private front porch. Safe neighborhood, quiet evenings and weekends, a very relaxing place to be so close to downtown! No TV but has lots of reading material to learn about the area. No A/C. I have 2 other separate places next to Cozy House.

This is an ideal spot for travelers wanting to check out the downtown scene and be walking distance to great restaurants, shops, events and more. Walking distance historic to downtown. This home has been split into 2 units, this unit is the larger half of the duplex. There is NO access between units.
