Hello! Our home is an 1890 Victorian mansion that I purchased and lovingly renovated with a small team of local craftspeople. This space is a 1 bed, 1 bath with much of its original character preserved! Located in the heart of bustling Midtown just one block from 20+ bars and restaurants, DMC, Shinola and way more! The space is designed with leisure stays in mind but also capable of accommodating business travelers comfortably. Just opened in 2023, Coffee + Cocktails downstairs! Open: 8AM-11PM!

Special care given to ensure all your needs are met especially your sleep! There is a coffee shop within walking distance and other top local restaurants such as Oak & Reel & Yum Village.

Brother Nature Farmhouse Cabin

Adoor-able cabin behind our urban farmhouse (Brother Nature Farmhouse on AirBnB). Furnished with a vintage look, this rustic cabin can sleep 1-3 adults or 2 adults 2 kids in the loft. Shared kitchen, laundry and 2 shared bathrooms are 20 feet away in the main house. No A/C, but there are fans and a high ceiling. Even though this is a farm with ducks, chickens and dogs running around, we are walking distance to restaurants in Corktown and under a mile to downtown concert venues and arenas.

Sky Carriage House: Light, Bright, Corktown Escape

You'll be staying in our newly constructed carriage house at the back of our property in the heart of Corktown - Detroit's oldest historic neighborhood. This private dwelling is accessed from the back alley entrance and offers high ceilings and a panoramic view of downtown and the surrounding neighborhood. The unit features 1 bedroom/1 bath, living, dining, laundry and a full kitchen. In warmer months a small cafe seating area is situated on the spanish rock drive along the green alley.

The Lavender House

Come relax at the Lavender House's upper flat! The space is overflowing with old world charm, hardwood floors, stained glass, and a large balcony facing downtown Detroit. The house was built in 1900. It is nestled next to an ambling flower garden and wooded area, with ample space for outdoor hangs. There is a fire pit and playscape for the little ones. We are just 2 miles from downtown so you can enjoy what the city has to offer, then unwind in this lovely urban countryside.

Nestled in historic Brush Park, known as Little Paris in the 19th century, this posh pied-à-terre will immerse you in the city’s past while keeping you just steps from its future. This listing is for a private, lower-level, studio apartment. It has its own entrance, living area, kitchenette (hot plate, microwave, kettle, fridge, sink) and bathroom. There is a full-sized bed, sofa and wardrobe. Please note there is no TV. It is spacious, at around 650 sq ft, newly renovated and furnished with unique and hand-built features. The apartment is located in Woodbridge, a residential, quiet and safe neighborhood, about 1.5 miles from Downtown/Midtown.

The Lorax House is a story onto it's own. What began as a journey to save a historic building turned into a message of hope in a dark time of Detroit. The space is a beautifully appointed, completely remodeled apartment unit within the building. It is surrounded by a charming Historic walkable residential neighborhood only 4 blocks from the heart of Midtown and 6 blocks from the Q line stop that easily takes you downtown.
