Enjoy the charm and style of the desert living at our beautiful and spacious 3 bedroom house in the heart of Tucson. Located in the Historic Fourth Avenue neighborhood, we are a few short blocks from the U of A and a 5 minute drive from downtown Tucson. This oasis gives you a quiet spot while still being in the heart of the city. We are just a few miles from stunning hiking routes and the Sahuaro National Park. Bright Historic Adobe Duplex near Downtown Tucson

Welcome to this bright historic adobe home in the center of Tucson. The home was built in the 1930s, and features thick mud adobe walls, high shiplap ceilings, and builtin features not found in modern homes. The home has been renovated with new flooring, a new kitchen, and appliances. The home also features a great covered front porch that I love to eat and read out on. Close to Downtown, University of Arizona, Starr Pass hiking and biking, and Saguaro National Park in a quiet neighborhood.
