Southern Comfort is a sunlit basement walkout apt with a country feel minutes from downtown Athens and UGA. Private parking and patio to enjoy the charm of the solitude. Lots of space to enjoy outdoors with friends!! Internet, streaming services provided. Kitchen fitted with everything you would need to cook or just prepare a cup of coffee in the mornings and includes laundry area. Beautiful natural light brightens the spacious apartment with comfortable furnishings to ensure a restful stay.

Cozy studio apartment, <1 mile to Downtown

Welcome to our cozy studio apartment! We offer a private separate-entrance apartment in our newly constructed house, less than a mile walk to downtown Athens and the campus of University of Georgia! Apartment has private entrance, driveway parking, and kitchenette. It is walkable to downtown restaurants, theaters, multiple parks, Normaltown, and UGA's campus. Please note that you will hear noise from our family upstairs, so if looking for peace and quiet, this may not be your best option.

Quaint Cottage in Boulevard

Located on a quiet street the heart of the Boulevard Historic District, you can walk to Downtown or Normaltown in just 10 minutes. This house has two bedrooms, eat-in kitchen, covered front porch and back deck. Wonderful neighborhood restaurants and yoga studio, and school with playground are just a block away. This is the perfect place to stay for friends, couples and families. Mature, well-behaved dogs (2 max) are allowed for an additional fee of $50, or $100 per week for longer stays.

This woodland oasis offers quiet natural respite, and located 3 minutes from restaurants, groceries and 8 minutes to downtown Athens and UGA. We are both architects, we designed this treehouse to share our love of Athens, nature, & design with you :) Our family also lives on the property and will be available if you need anything during your stay.

Skylight in the middle of the common area that provides ample natural light during the day. Loft is set back from the street, minimizing disruptive noise. Loft front door is 35 feet from the GA Theatre, one block from UGA's North Campus and the arch. The loft provides access to all the amenities of Athens along with privacy and luxurious comfort.

2 blocks to Heirloom Cafe, Maepole and the White Tiger Gourmet. A short walk further to Normaltown proper/Piedmont ARMC and under 2 miles to downtown Athens. No detail has been overlooked in this cozy 330 sq. ft space. Equipped with a king size bed, kitchenette and large walk-in shower, the space resembles that of a luxurious resort-style room.
