Peaceful Southern Charm (2 auto limit)

NOT a PARTY house for loud groups. An abundance of space with a large refrigerator/freezer, microwave, sink, dishwasher, small countertop convection oven and coffee.Peaceful Southern Charm is fabulous for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), 4 PERSON MAXIMUM. There are a total of 3 large rooms and a spacious bathroom. The outdoor patio area for this space has seating and a daybed for enjoyment in the natural setting. Firepit and grill, 2 CAR MAXIMUM each booking.

This light & airy studio is on our 2 acre lot separate and private from our house. In a safe neighborhood, 15-20 minutes to Athens, it has a cozy private back porch. Please note: a positive host review needed to book. Has queen bed, full bath, internet, TV w/ Roku stick, kitchen nook with a sink, hotplate, microwave and small frig (no full stove or grill). Ceiling fans throughout, and quiet mini-split for heat & A/C . A wood stove is available for $35 fee for wood, etc (notify host before).

Adorable cozy townhouse! Located in historic downtown - only 2 blocks from City Hall and a few more to UGA Arches, Classic Center and all that downtown has to offer. Also across the street from 7 acre Lay Park with playground, public pool, Lyndon House Arts Center & Museum and 1/2 a mile to North Oconee River Greenway! Enjoy shopping, dining, live music, festivals, and art galleries. A few blocks from the Georgia Theatre and 40 Watt Club down the street from The Foundry. No Parties Allowed!

Greek Revival Farmhouse

Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, The Pierce Farmhouse was built in 1870 as a wedding gift for a son. We have owned it for 20 years and have made another set of renovations to bring it back to its original charm and character while making it more comfortable with modern amenities. The farmhouse sits on 60 wooded acres in High Shoals and guests have access to our pond for fishing and river for canoeing. We are 20 minutes from Athens, and 15 minutes from Monroe and Madison.

Private terrace apartment in my home! The pool is exclusively for Airbnb guests/not shared. Guest apt. includes everything pictured, 2 br 1 ba, projection theater seats up to 8, a full eat-in kitchen, living room with bar, laundry room, private in-ground pool, fire pit and covered outdoor dining area with grill. Minutes from Road Atlanta, Infinite Energy Arena, UGA, Lake Lanier, Chateau Elan Winery and right in the middle of Georgia's beautiful horse farms and expansive cattle pastures.

Athens Retreat: Comfort + Location!

Athens Retreat is located two miles from Sanford Stadium in a quiet and safe neighborhood. This is a fully furnished and well appointed house with all the amenities you need to cheer on the Dawgs, celebrate graduation, or attend a wedding. We continue to make improvements with a new tub/ tile in the hall bath, fresh paint/crown molding in bedrooms AND new appliances. Best of all, we now have hardwood floors throughout. Plus, there is a new 65" TV in the "Dawg Cave" downstairs den.

Athens Retreat

Our Neoclassical home rests on a hillside acre among towering Georgia Pine. Read or watch movies in the library, (the fireplace works) gather in the sun porch, make yourself at home in the dining room, tell stories in the living room, or entertain on the back terraces, beside the Koi pond and waterfall. We have 3 full baths and 2 half baths. Note: The airbnb software isnt able to list 1/2 baths. Roku, free channels, feel free to login and use your personal streaming accounts.
