Welcome to our cozy studio apartment! We offer a private separate-entrance apartment in our newly constructed house, less than a mile walk to downtown Athens and the campus of University of Georgia! Apartment has private entrance, driveway parking, and kitchenette. It is walkable to downtown restaurants, theaters, multiple parks, Normaltown, and UGA's campus. Please note that you will hear noise from our family upstairs, so if looking for peace and quiet, this may not be your best option.

Newly renovated guesthouse!

Relax at the MartInn, a newly renovated guesthouse only 20 minutes from downtown Athens, Ga. This one bedroom guesthouse is situated on a peaceful, wooded lot. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the deck, and then scramble some farm fresh eggs provided by the host’s chickens. The guesthouse is within 10-15 minutes of the Firefly Bike Trail, the North Oconee River Greenway, and Watson Milll Bridge State Park. Also nearby is the Broad River Outpost to rent kayaks for a float down the Broad River.

Enjoy your own fully-stocked, 1-bedroom condo in the heart of downtown Athens, right across from UGA's famous Arch on N. Campus. Walk to all your favorite spots in town, including Athens' many award-winning restaurants, the Georgia Theater, UGA Campus, The Classic Center, and Sanford Stadium. We recommend the Washington Street deck for parking. Located at 125 West Washington Street with a $15 daily maximum. There is also street parking available that is metered throughout downtown.

Unique, Private Guest Studio in Quiet Neighborhood

This private studio is nestled in the quiet, beautiful, and tree-lined Homewood Hills neighborhood of Athens. Less than four miles from downtown, the location offers easy access to all Athens has to offer while providing a quiet and pleasant stay in a lovely area. The recently remodeled studio is spacious, open, and outfitted with a king bed, extra-long couch, dry kitchenette, cork floor, and numerous amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Briarcliff Garden Guest Suite

Charming private guest suite in a wooded neighborhood only nine minutes from downtown Athens. Located on the first level of a 1950’s single family house, our family lives upstairs. There is a chance you may be able to hear our toddler or baby from upstairs :) If this is not something you’re comfortable with, we may not be your best option for your visit to Athens. However, recent guests haven’t had any issues with noise, check out our reviews!
