We're close to multiple independent restaurants, & bars, shops, and beautiful Sloans Lake. And, we're a quick 20 minute drive to the foothills if you want to escape the city.

The Paco Sanchez bike path allows for swift downtown access and takes you to the exciting Meow Wolf interactive art exhibit! Electric scooters are available for rent via Lyft or Uber just a few blocks away. Relax in our spacious backyard, a great communal space for unwinding outdoors. We can't wait to host you!

The Highlands Hen House

Cozy private carriage house in shared yard behind 1893 historic home. Perfect for the business or solo traveler but can accommodate 2 with the plush queen sized bed. Conveniently located to downtown, Coors Field or the Mile High Stadium. Easy access to both I-25 and I-70. The casita is in the back corner of the Hosts yard and the yard is shared with the Host. Gardens, fire pit, gas grill, and hot tub all available to guests. Sadly no dogs allowed as we have bunnies and chickens living here.

Enjoy a short (or long!) stay at my guest suite in Sloan's Lake. Whether in town for work, a concert, or just a quick get-away, you'll find everything you need in this guest suite w/ kitchenette. Empower Field (Mile High) is a 7 minute walk, Sloan's Lake is a 15 minute walk, and downtown Denver is a 5 to 10 minute Uber or Lyft. I live a quiet life in the upstairs of the house with my dog so will be around in the event you need anything!
