Simon's place is such a gem and Simon is a wonderful host. We love staying there and walking right up to the ski lift!

This house was a wonderful place to spend a ski vacation at Alyeska. The kitchen was very well furnished and thoughtful things like a bluetooth speaker, dual washer/dryer, and boot dryer were included. The house is also the perfect location for apres ski to enjoy the high end hot tub and barrel sauna. The ski resort is any easy 4 minute drive with plenty of parking. A fun twist on skiing, the resort does not open until 10am, so we enjoyed many relaxing mornings with several pots of coffee before heading out. The Girdwood famous Double Musky Inn restaurant(great for steaks and deserts) is an easy 10 minute walk. There is a recreation path on the mtn road, so you could even bike to the resort if you wanted to. Be sure to stock up on groceries in Anchorage before heading to Girdwood as the town is small and does not have a full sized grocery.

My group enjoyed this location and place on our trip to Girdwood. The home is spacious, clean, and has all the amenities that you need for a weekend getaway. The main bedroom with the king bed is a spacious suite. The queen room is standard in a good way and the blackout shade was wonderful. The third room with the swing bed is a bit awkward for an adult, but we made due. The hot tub is a nice addition to the experience after skiing all day. Bring sandals to walk from the house to the tub. It seats three adults comfortably. Getting around town was a learning curve for us. If you drive everywhere it's easy enough, but if you prefer to walk or ride transit it can take some time. Overall, I highly recommend this house for a ski trip.

The Carriage house cottages were an absolute delightful stay! We had the most amazing bed and pillows so comfortable you just melt into them! The cottage was clean, orderly and stocked with the proper amenities. Girdwood is quiet, beautiful and serene! Thank you!

Our stay at Caroline's place was wonderful. Caroline was communicative, provided things to do in the area and was flexible. She even worked with us on our check out because we had unique needs. Honestly, one of the best hosts we've had using AirBNB. She also helped the previous guests obtain their forgotten teddy bear while I was visiting. The cabin was clean, in a quietish neighborhood, and just want we needed during our stay in Girdwood. Everything was great from the Alaskan food items in the fridge on arrival to the bear safety items and educational materials. I hope to be back in the area and would love to stay at Caroline's again.

We had a fantastic stay in Anchorage at Kellie’s apartment! We stayed for a week, and Kellie was always friendly and responsive to any messages or requests. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Its location is perfect—just a 10-minute drive from the city center and 15 minutes from the airport. We enjoyed staying there. Everything was exactly like the advertisement, nice and quiet all the time. We’d stay there again if given the chance to. Excellent response when we needed something.

This was the perfect stay for what we needed for a weekend! Heidi was very responsive and I love that we weren’t required to do a lot for check out. The location was convenient for our stay, but it is near a busier road so we heard some noise from that. Would stay here again!

Second stay at Gary’s place. It’s a well stocked apartment with lots of the little things that add up to a great stay…good kitchen tools, essentials in the fridge/pantry, coffee, tea, comfy blankets, lamps to avoid overhead lighting. The neighborhood is so nice too great for walking yet very accessible to downtown restaurants/activities. Only thing is that I wish there was a queen bed in the bedroom instead of a double, but it’s a small bedroom and it works.

This is a fantastic place with an exceptional host. Many things stuck out, but the kindness of Brett is the most. We forgot some personal items when we left, and he immediately returned them via overnight, and then refused any payments to reimburse for his cost and inconvenience. I've stayed at scores of Airbnbs, and this is the first time I felt motivated to leave a review.

Our family had a great stay at Ken's place! He was a very attentive host. With a son in the Air Force, this was our first Christmas together in several years and Ken provided us with a Christmas tree. The house has everything we needed; well stocked kitchen, two large bathrooms, and plenty of living space to spread out. The house feels nicely lived in with books, games, and toys appropriate for adults and children. We spent many nights playing board games at the large dining table. The location is a quiet neighborhood with great mountain views and close to everything; town, shopping, main roads. We even got a lucky view of the Northern Lights from the back porch! I would love to come back in the summer to relax on the deck, look at the mountains, cook on the grill, and watch for animals. Thanks for a wonderful stay Ken!

From our first contact with Ron, we felt well treated and comfortable. The house was perfect for us, as it was near Providence Hospital, where we had a sibling undergoing surgery. Beau's place was a perfect base for a few days while some buddies and I visited Anchorage on a ski trip. Comfortable, cozy, and everything we needed. Beau even went above and beyond when I realized a couple of kitchen gadgets were missing. I would absolutely stay here again on another visit to Anchorage.

Goed beter best. Ruime kamers, goede bedden. Voor ons ons een perfecte plek om te crashen na een 24 uur lange reis. Rebecca had voor ons heerlijk de verwarming aangezet alleen voor ons was het een beetje warm. Zie het als een compliment.
