View~Top Floor~Mid Century~Downtown Studio

This studio is on the 6th floor of a historical building in the heart of the city. It's filled with vintage mid century décor. The original metal cabinets are stocked with basics. The location is the best thing about this studio. It's close to the train station, the coastal trail, pubs, restaurants, shops and galleries. The building locks at 5:00pm so if you arrive in time, you won't need assistance checking in. The historical building has an elevator, but there are about 4 steps to navigate.

Spacious and remodeled, this home is perfect for the whole family! It features two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, plus a sofa bed and a twin day bed in the large living room. The open living area is fully equipped with everything you need to feel at home, including pots, pans, baking dishes, a KitchenAid mixer, coffee maker, microwave, and crockpot. Enjoy the fenced yard with a grill, outdoor dining area, and great ambiance for summer fun. Close to trails and parks for outdoor adventures!

Location, location, location!---with a view and a free parking spot too! Situated in a historic and secure building in the heart of downtown you can easily walk to restaurants, art galleries, shopping, the museum, coastal trail, Ship Creek and the railroad depot. There is a view of the inlet and Mt. Susitna (Sleeping Lady) along with gorgeous sunsets (weather permitting) from both the main living area and the bedroom. There is an electric fireplace and a dishwasher.
