Upstairs, the spacious main suite has a king size tempur-pedic bed, water views and its own lux bathroom. Cozy up to the modern gas fireplace in the living room and play games with your family or read a book.

The grounds are surrounded by tall conifers and landscaped vegetable/flower gardens. Relax under the stars, build a campfire and enjoy the outdoors. Close to walking trails & bike trails. All seasons recreation at your fingertips, waiting for you with shops and dining, just 2.5 miles to downtown Sandpoint/City Beach. 4 wheel drive vehicle is recommended for winter

Dream destination for outdoor enthusiasts, just steps from Lake Pend Oreille! The house comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests between a bedroom, large loft, and pull out sofa. Working remote? Use the fully set up desk and lightning-fast fiber internet! Just 5 minutes to Sandpoint, 15 minutes to Schweitzer Shuttle Parking, and 30 minutes to Schweitzer Mountain Village. Dover Bay boasts miles of trails through nature preserves, parks and playgrounds, community beach, boat launch, and DISH restaurant.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Walk to Historic downtown Sandpoint and city beach. Enjoy a backyard bonfire in the summer or drive the 9 mile stretch to ski Schweitzer mountain in the winter. This is a cozy space with all the amenities you will need. 5 min walk to restaurants, city beach, boat and kayak rentals. Sandpoint offers coffee houses and amazing shopping . The little Gem will fit 2 adults and a small child comfortably. But there is only a Queen bed and a small couch.

Birch Tree Studio-A Relaxing Retreat

Clean and bright modern studio...this is a perfect way to escape the busyness of life and experience a refreshing retreat. You won't find a TV here (don't worry...there is WiFi) but when you aren't relaxing by the fireplace, there are great places to explore around the area...Schweitzer Mountain Resort is just a 30-minute drive and you'll find lots of great restaurants downtown...many of them with live music. Our studio is designed for two, but a third guest can be accommodated upon request.

Right on the shores of Lake Pend Oreille in downtown Sandpoint's waterfront residence, this newly renovated unit at Condo del Sol (completed 06/18) is a beautiful retreat to revive + rejuvenate in sun or snow. Our home is a 5 minute walk or bike ride to City Beach, Beet + Basil, Fat Pig, Matchwood Brewing, Mickduff’s Beer Hall, Evans Brother’s Coffee, Pend Oreille Winery, and a handful of boutiques, galleries, and yoga studios. We are just a 25 minute drive to Schweitzer Mountain Resort.

The Hope Idaho Cottage (Old City Hall)
