Bright, clean, quiet, comfy, cute, private home in the perfect South Sandpoint location. Less than a block to; 2 parks, public water access and Memorial Field, the home of The Festival at Sandpoint. Bikes, kayaks included. A short stroll or bike ride to all the downtown restaurants and shops. Full grocery store a few blocks away as well as 2 convenient stores. Huge House of Fun in CDA, close to everything!

Perfect spot to host a large gathering. Board Games, Yard Games, Video Games, and a Movie Room! 6 bedrooms with 5 Queen Beds and 6 Twin Beds. You will never run out of fun activities while staying at this house. We constantly refresh the board games and yard games. Large yard with Corn hole, fire pit, BBQ, and more! Sunlight streams through many windows in this clean, comfortable, 4/5 bedroom plus private loft 3 bath home that is perfect for family vacations. The main house has 3 bedrooms with a 4th "bedroom" (loft space separated by a privacy curtain.) A 5th Bedroom and full bathroom above the detached garage that is available for an additional cost of $125.00 per night. Quality linens, dishes, furnishings and supplies abound, there are no hand me downs in this well stocked cottage!
