Cozy private guest apartment (990 sf) with use of lakeshore and seasonal dock (June-September). Two private bedrooms, full kitchen, dining & washer/dryer. 8.6 miles to town. Only 35 minutes to Schweitzer parking. Walking trails, skiing and golf nearby. Lots of wildlife. This unit is suited to people who enjoy outdoor recreation. You’ll love my sweet cottage for its cozy interior, beautiful yard, and quiet, historic neighborhood. This house is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. The location of the cottage is ideal for its walkable distance to downtown Sandpoint, Memorial Field (home of the Festival at Sandpoint) and best of all, it's a short walk to the shore of Lake Pend Oreille.
