Welcome to our charming bunkie nestled in the peaceful woods. This cozy retreat is perfect for solo travelers or friends/couples seeking a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. Warkworth has great shops to explore. At night relax by your outdoor propane fire admiring the stars. Come and experience the beauty and tranquility of our bunkie. We look forward to hosting. We do not provide accommodation to children. Adults only. Pool is closed for the season as is the outdoor shower.

Loft on Lock

Lovely private apartment. The self serve key-less entrance to the apartment is up the home's original staircase from the front door. The one bedroom has a king size bed and a single cot. The bathroom is updated with a large tub with shower. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, and is fully stocked with a Keurig coffee maker, kettle, pots and pans. The smart tv contains Netflix , Crave that you can login in the bedroom and the TV in the living room has Shaw Direct and Apple TV .

A private Deluxe Suite

Our place is on the Trent Severn Waterways and near down town shopping. Great for biking,kyaking, pubs and restaurants. Our suite is equipped with one bedroom with fireplace ,TV and ensuite with jacuzzi. There is a kitchen and dining area, living room with TV and fireplace. Free Wifi. There is also laundry facilities, Hot tub ,sauna and outside patio with propane fire pit and barbecue, all for your private use. We are setup for a couple and our amenities are for our guests only .

Stay beside the North River in our charming guesthouse cabin. Private riverfront to launch canoes or kayaks Public Boat launch across the road. Short drive to several lakes, the Trent Severn, multiple parks, extensive off roading & snowmobiling trails. Single loft with two twin beds that can easily be put together to make a king and a comfy queen size sofa bed on the main floor. Wood stove is the primary heat. Well cared for pets and their responsible owners are welcomed!

Pretty Stoney Lake Cabin Suite

Guests have their own cozy studio apartment, which is private and located on the ground floor with their own entrance. It does Not include the entire cabin. Has a kitchenette with BBQ outside. The Log Cabin is directly across from the Petroglyphs Provincial Park (May-Oct); however, you can hike all year long, even with the gates closed, and also down the road to Stoney Lake with full access to a public beach (May-Oct). Perfect getaway any time of the year.

Bright Basement Apartment

This spacious, bright basement apartment is extremely clean and centrally located. Free SHARED driveway parking for 1 vehicle. Toaster, microwave, mini fridge and keurig style coffee maker included in the kitchenette (NO SINK) (pods not included) Amazon prime, wifi and board games. Occupants upstairs include a hypo-allergenic dog who may bark when he first hears you enter the separate entrance. But will quiet right down after saying hi from behind the door.

Heritage barn turned zen-den! Our open-concept, loft style, timber-frame cabin has exposed beams, barn board walls, and plenty of windows to enjoy the lake view. Decorated with a beachy boho meets mid-century vibe, it's cozy and airy at the same time! The private deck offers the perfect place to listen to the birds and read a good book. The Nook is on our 1 acre, lakefront property, alongside our home. We hope you love it here as much as we do!

The Clubhouse

The Clubhouse is situated on a large partially treed property in the Kawarthas. This property includes a lake lot at the bottom of the hill with a dock to access Stoney Lake. Located close to boat launches at McCracken's Landing or Gilchrist Bay, Stoney Lake offers access to the Trent Canal System . A pedal boat, 2 kayaks and a canoe are available (guests should supply their own life jackets as they are required in all watercraft)

The Birchview Tiny Off-Grid Cabin

Whether you’re an outdoor enthusiast or someone looking for a getaway, this is the place for you. Completed in the fall of 2020 this brand new tiny off grid cabin is well equipped. It sits on 95 acres of private property and is located 5 min from Stoney lake. A wood stove and propane heater inside to keep things toasty. A queen bed in the loft to curl up in.
