We had the loveliest stay at Riad Liana, located in the heart of the souk and old medina. Abdel was super helpful and Rachida made us delicious breakfast every morning. The roof terrace was a great spot and the plunge pool was an excellent addition. We had a great stay and look forward to coming back.

Byłam w tym miejscu już drugi raz, wcześniej ze znajomymi teraz z moją rodziną. Dom oraz jego lokalizacja są świetne. Same wnętrza są bardzo klimatyczne i funkcjonalne, dużym atutem jest duży taras na dachu z widokiem na wschody słońca nad oceanem. Apartament znajduje się w samym środku starej części miasta, gdzie można odpocząć od gwaru i nacieszyć się słońcem. Z całego serca polecam i mam nadzieję, że jeszcze kiedyś tu wrócę!

We had an incredible stay in April ‘25 at Riad Modjakech. The Riad itself is spacious and comfortable. It was situated in a quiet part of the old town and good access to the souks and medina. Fatima looked after us very well with a delicious meal when we arrived and a superb breakfast prepared for us on a couple of mornings Mohammed our host was brilliant, very attentive & responsive. He organised our hot air balloon experience which was simply breath-taking. Thank you for an unforgettable few days in Marrakech, we will be back for certain.

Cristina & Paolo’s Ryad was absolutely wonderful. After traveling around the country for multiple weeks - this tucked away oasis was exactly what my friends and I needed. Nous avons passé un super séjour entre amis dans ce magnifique Riad. l'emplacement en plein coeur de la Médina est super. Karine est une hôte toujours disponible et très réactif 👍🏼 Nous remercions l'accueil chaleureux et la délicieuse cuisine de Fatima et son mari qui ont été vraiment adorable et disponible tout au long de notre séjour.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans la villa de Fatiha. Les photos correspondent parfaitement. Fatiha est très réactive dès que nous avons besoin de quelque chose. Nous avons pu bénéficier des services de la cuisinière et du transport et ce fut un vrai plus. Merci pour tout. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir

Hem estat molt a gust a l’allotjament de la Henrianne, la comunicació amb ella també ha anat molt bé. La casa és molt maca i té totes les facilitats. Una menció especial per l’Aisha que ens ha cuidat molt bé, ens ha fet uns esmorzars i sopars molt bons i complerts i recomano a tothom que demani els seus serveis!

Nous avons séjourner dans ce magnifique appartement avec mon mari et mes enfants et tout était parfait . L’appartement es même mieux en vrai qu’en photo l’accès direct à la piscine es un grand plus le jardin es propre très bien entretenu comme l’appartement en lui même vous avez un parking à disposition aussi . Pour parler de l’hôte je repasserais sans réfléchir par lui pour son accueil son service sa réactivité ainsi que sa gentillesse. Ils nous ont fait aimé Marrakech de nouveaux . Allez y réserver les yeux fermé vous ne serais pas déçu !! À très vite

Very nice place to stay and very responsive host. Friendly staff at the property from guards to cleaning to maintenance. The property is ideal location for walkable distance to many places like the main square and shopping. Plenty of restaurants and cafes to enjoy nearby. Great pool and loungers provided by the host are another attention to detail that the host has thought about. Thank you Othmane for helping us have a great experience of Marrakesh. Wow, what an amazing stay! The host Hakim was incredibly welcoming and responsive. The space was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and exceeded our expectations in every way. We loved the thoughtful touches and amenities that made our stay feel truly special. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing retreat. We'll definitely be back!

Very modern, comfortable apartment in the awesome district of Gueliz with many shops, restaurants and amenities close by. There is a beautiful mosque opposite the aparment and the agents are very responsive and easy to deal with!

Une hote parfaite, un logement incroyable , avec un jardin super agréable et piscine à proximité ttes calme. Logement que je recommande vraiment avec tt le confort nécessaire.

Me and my family stayed in this accommodation for around 6 days. It was a lovely experience! It was located in the Golf course area, and it was a private residence so the area was quiet. Additionally, the flat was extremely well maintained and clean as well as beautifully decorated (same as the pictures provided). The kitchen was fully equipped with lots of utensils as well as a washing machine and dishwasher. Mr Amine was a very helpful and responsive host. Overall, my family and I loved the accommodation and would definitely consider coming back.

Très bel appartement aménagé avec goût, tomette au sol, cheminée, agréable, frais au rez de chaussée avec parking, jardin sans vis à vis et magnifique piscine dans une résidence sécurisée à moins de 10 minutes en voiture de la médina. Franchement une pépite. Salima est une hôte sympathique et réactive. Nous nous sommes sentis très bien accueillis. Nous avons toutefois eu le désagrément de vivre une inondation pendant notre séjour dûe à un épisode de forte pluie dans la ville. Heureusement notre hôte est arrivée immédiatement pour nous aider à nettoyer l appartement. Tout s est résolu rapidement. Le seul bémol à mon sens est que la résidence est près de l aéroport et sur le chemin de décollage et atterrissage des avions. Un inconfort sonore très régulier non négligeable !!!

Excelent relatively modern apartment close to stores, restaurants and bars in Gueliz and 5m-10min taxi ride to the medina. Located in a quite street in front of a large park provides for quit environment. Very spacious with open living room, dinning room and small kitchen all together. Kitchen small but well equiped and adequate.

Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans ce logement, nous avons adoré notre séjour! Ryslaine nous a conseillé taxi restaurant, petit déjeuner, coiffeur, hammam! Tellement gentille et accueillante merci à elle! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir Tout était top ! Merci 🙏🏻

Villa magnifique directement sur le golf, donc parfait pour un séjour golfique. La cuisinière et la baby-sitter ont été absolument parfaites, ce qui a grandement rehaussé la qualité du séjour. À noter : - une voiture est indispensable pour se déplacer, n’utiliser que des transferts taxi est très vite trop cher et trop contraignant - le lotissement est malheureusement inachevé avec par endroits beaucoup de villas à l’abandon, avec juste les murs en parpaing. Donc ça peut être très laid, alors que certaines zones sont dotées de villas sublimes. - piscine non chauffée donc trop froide meme pour les enfants (nous étions prévenus) Au global un excellent séjour et un service au top!

The Village has wow factor in a peaceful location. Just the right distance from Marrakech. I recommend getting a driver and Othman recommended Brahmin who was excellent. He helped organise day trips out and book restaurants. Mohammed is the gate keeper looks after the property and was most delightful and discreet. The pool was just right and very clean. We had a most enjoyable stay. I highly recommend.

Nous avons passé un moment incroyable dans la villa de Hamza ! Toute ma famille et moi avons été enchantés par cet endroit magnifique. La villa est située dans un quartier très sécurisé et calme, ce qui nous a permis de nous détendre pleinement. Le personnel sur place était exceptionnel : toujours aux petits soins pour nous et disponible pour répondre à toutes nos demandes. Nous avons tellement aimé l'expérience que nous prévoyons déjà d'y retourner cet été. Je recommande cet endroit à 100% !

Nous étions un groupe de 15 amies, notre séjour s’est déroulé à la perfection. La communication était fluide, sur place Nourredine a répondu présent des que nous en avions besoin et Shaima et Hannane, en plus de nous concocter des plats plus incroyables les uns que les autres, étaient très gentilles. Familien Villa in bewachten Ressort - 10min mit dem Taxi vom Stadtzentrum entfernt - in ruhiger Lage 🤩 Exklusive Einrichtung, großer Garten, riesiger Pool (wenn auch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen) - machen diese Villa zum absoluten Favoriten ! 👌 Wir haben jeden Tag die Küche von Samira genossen - was unserem Aufenthalt nochmal zusätzlich die marokkanischen Kultur nahegebracht hat 🙏
