The Pumphouse on Lake Superior I 200’ Lakefront

Welcome to the historic Pumphouse on Lake Superior with 200' of lake front! The Pumphouse is one of Duluth's iconic and historical properties. This home was originally designed by John Wangenstein in 1860 as the water pump house for the City of Duluth but was abandoned. Miss Elisabeth Congdon converted the pumphouse into an absolutely stunning French-style home. We are located lakeside on London Road, just a short drive to Duluth's downtown restaurants, entertainment, and Canal Park. PL19-166.

The pine Cone Cabin is tucked into a hillside of towering lush pines overlooking the beautiful St Croix Flowage. Get ready for a most relaxing encounter with nature....eagles flying in and around you, swans occasionally floating along the shoreline (besides our plastic swan friends, lol) and loons calling softly through the night. ..Sunsets and moon rises on the flowage can be mesmerizing, especially when sitting by a warm campfire.

Completely remodeled, quiet, just ten minutes from Duluth! Stay within minutes of Wisconsin Point with 5 miles of quiet Lake Superior sand beaches. Bike or hike the Osaugie and Bear Creek trails from your door. Enjoy the peace and quiet of a large lot in a safe neighborhood. Located on quiet Beglinger Lake, this cabin in the perfect place for a relaxing getaway. Beglinger Lake has great fishing generally for bluegill, bass, and northern. The cabin is on Bass Lake road which is a county ATV trail, giving you access to the areas vast network of trails. The cabin itself is recently remodeled. One and a half bathrooms and 4 beds with an extra fold-out makes it the perfect place for a family.
