Enjoy amazing sunrise and moonrise views. At the Sunrise Studio you will soundly sleep on a cozy queen bed. Also offer a single couch & air mattress for extra sleep. Full bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. Kitchen includes cooktop grill/griddle, sink, air fryer, toaster/convection oven microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator. Full Laundry with washer & dryer. Studio is heated by electric heat or a wood stove and cooled with AC. There is also a small outdoor space with a fire pit. Enjoy!

This 2 BR luxury suite is located in a $1.5M home on the lower level with a private entrance, patio, large deck, and ample parking. This is a large private unit (~1500 sq. ft.) located on 2 acres in a rural setting, but minutes to restaurants and I-25 & Lincoln Ave. There is a private pickleball court on the property available upon request. We frequently host guests visiting Denver, Colorado Springs, and the acclaimed IVF facility in nearby Lone Tree. Guests find this a very desirable property.

Step out to gorgeous Colorado sunsets, mountain views, nearby walking trails and enjoy this peaceful setting. Perfect spot to call home while you explore all that Castle Rock, Denver and the Rocky Mountains have to offer.

Mountain Chalet - Panoramic Views 45 Min to Denver

Serenity at 8,000 feet with Pine and Aspen trees. Address is Littleton, but it's part of the Conifer mountain community. The Chalet is a private quarters above our garage with a separate deck and entrance. We also host elopements and micro-weddings! Overlook mountains to the west and the Denver to the east. Hot tub is on the back deck of main house and overlooks city lights! Groceries, dining and hiking trails only 15 minutes away. There is no A/C. 4WD vehicles are required October - April.

This home offers you indulgent beauty and comfort and is truly unlike anything else. It has 1,950 sqft (huge) and includes 2 large bedrooms, 2 large 3/4 bathrooms, a large family room, gas fireplace, and kitchenette (equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, countertop burners, no oven). We have 3 TVs. Covered patio with incredible views of "the castle rock" and Pikes Peak. The yard is private and backs to open space!
