It is mini studio with separate entrance and totaly self contained.Has its own bathroom ,kitchenette, washing/drying machine,microwave, coffee machine. Small but fully functional and private. There is double koala sofa bed very comfe and easy to make. Bus for Scarborough beach in front of the house, IGA and famous Little Sisto caffee across the road. Karrinyup Shopping Centre 10 min walk from home.

The West Wing

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and own living/dining, as well as its own bathroom and laundry facilities. Linen including beach towels, is supplied. There is a stunning swimming pool and guest have use of a barbecue and outdoor wok. The apartment is part of our family home (we live in the main residence), but is completely self contained with access through your own lock up garage or via a sliding door into the living room. Only 5 minute drive to Perth's best beaches.
