The Cottage for Two

The Cottage was built in the late 1930's for a local church and was used as a Sunday school room, for receptions, etc.. In 2004 we relocated the Hut, as it was once called, to this site and restored it to it's existing condition, staying with it's late 30's roots. It and main house sets on 5 beautifully landscaped acres and is located only 7 minutes from historic downtown Summerville. Please note that this is NOT INTENDED AS A VENUE and is a SHARED POOL, not exclusive to the pool house guest.

Play pickleball? We know all the local courts and teams, we are happy to help you find a game!

Welcome to the Rustic Roost where you can relax and recharge. Located 30 minutes from downtown Charleston, 45 minutes to Isle of Palms, 1hr to Folly Beach. 10 minutes from downtown Summerville, where sweet tea was invented! *Guests who are local to the area may be declined upon request, and require additional questions before approval. **Rustic Roost charges $25 per night for dogs. Located next to the family farmhouse at Wild Goose Flower Farm, The Goose Cottage was designed to immerse guests in our calm and peaceful country life. We are located 15 minutes from the hearts of Cane Bay, Nexton and Exit 194 on I-26, and 45 minutes from Downtown Charleston. Two can sleep in the queen size bed and one can sleep on the couch.
