Bring the whole family to this great waterfront house with lots of room for fun. Spacious areas for a large groups to gather and offers plenty of areas to spread out and relax. Main house has 4 bedrooms, 3 baths and attached apartment adds 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. Named for “Henry” the Blue Heron that visits daily. House sits on three acres and is set back from the road and neighbors. Well appointed kitchen. Includes two tandem kayaks, two single kayaks, a canoe, paddles, life vests and grill.

Views from all windows. Look out at the mouth of the Manokin River at Tangier Sound on one side; wetlands on the other side. NO CLEANING OR PET FEE. House is located approximately 150 feet from the creeks edge providing amazing views. Located on a very quiet and unpopulated creek (no other houses) off the Chesapeake Bay, our home offers a scenic deck with hot tub, waterfront fire pit with seating for up to six people, private floating dock with kayaks to explore the scenic creek.
