Just minutes to Casinos, all kinds of restaurants, Whole Foods, Safeway and Heavenly. House is setup as a 2 Bed 1 bath. 4 guest occupancy. ***Per county code guests under 13 years old DO NOT count toward the occupancy*** Utility pullback on a 30+ day stay will be negotiated to avoid gas/electric overages. $350 utility credit/month est.

Trails, sledding, hiking, mountain biking or quiet relaxation in the woods; property backs up to National Forest. You’ll love our place because you'll feel comfortable and right at home! Our home has recently been remodeled. Our place is good for couples and families (with kids).
