Very cosy room, well shielded from the noisy streets. Beautifully decorated outside area with a very nice hot tub!

The owner decorated the room with some cool painting and artefacts. The room also got a nice view of the street, and I had everything I need for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a reasonably priced room located in the heart of Hanoi.

Quick response of the host is amazing even she is abroad. There were some small facility problems but the hospitality covered such everything!

Nhung and their team were very responsive whenever I had any questions. Finding the apartment was easy, getting in was easy despite arriving in Hanoi very late at night, and the room was clean and comfortable. They offer to arrange cheap taxis to and from the airport which was very helpful. The location is great and you are in walking distance of so many shops, restaurants, things to do, etc. If I were to come back to Hanoi, I would stay here again!

To be honest,for our first day we did not get to see this place and was placed elsewhere because there was an unexpected power outage in the area so the hosts arranged another place for us to stay which we really appreciate. The place was a bit small but cozy and clean. The hosts were also very responsive and very friendly,responds within minutes when we ask something or asks for recommendations. It is also a short walk from the lake.

It was a great place for our first night in Hanoi. Anh was very responsive and friendly. There are a lot of stairs but very doable. The air conditioners work great. Very comfortable and great for the price. It was nice to walk through the alley way through a neighborhood restaurant. There is a Circle K nearby to grab waters and other things. We also did a massage around the alley from the apartment. It was awesome. Highly recommend. The place is very walkable and great for exploring on foot. Also recommend All Day Coffee about a block down. The food and pastries was very good

Had a great stay at this place, exactly looked like the photos on the listing. The owner was very responsive, she even let our group checked in early which we appreciate so much and recommended us places to go to. Thanks again Miracle for letting us stay at your place even for a short while, the transpo you suggested really helped us not to stressed about getting grab for such a big group like us, thanks to you we made it at the airport on time. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a place to stay in Hanoi with a family or a big group of people.

Great central area around the old quarter. Thu Hang was lovely and had great communication.

Great location and each suite was very comfortable. It’s as if you’re renting an entire boutique hotel for yourself! Mochi was very helpful in arranging airport transport and responding to queries.

הדירה מהממת ומודרנית באמצע שכונת מגורים ויאטנמית אוטנטית, כלומר הדירה מערבית מאוד בעיצוב שלה ומתאימה לתיירים שרוצים להתפנק. מיקום מ ע ו ל ה על הרחוב הראשי! לכל מקום הלכנו ברגל. אנחנו היינו 8 חברים בדירה ואין חלל שהייה עבור כולם, מבאס אך הסתדרנו בסלון הקטן, למי שזה רלוונטי לו. בנוסף אין פינת אוכל אז לא בישלנו בעצמנו. המענה של המארח היה נגיש ונוח ולבבי, כך שהרגשנו ממש בנוח. השכנים מתלוננים על רעש וסיגריות אז צריך לשים לב. הייתה לנו שהייה נפלאה בדירה וממליצים בחום.

非常好的体验。房东提供了一切必要的信息，也给我们体验当地生活的指南。房间与描述相符。虽然不提供房间打扫服务，但洗衣服务已经满足了我们的需求。除了一点细节不完美（也许是生活习惯差异所导致），其他都非常好。我非常推荐！

Booked a room here for my 2 days trip to Hanoi and the location is just perfect. There's a lot to see, do and eat just within walking distance, and both Hoan Kiem and Tay Ho is just a short taxi ride away. I got a written guide for everything, both before and during my stay, and Yen was super easy to contact. My group of 5 had the whole place for ourselves, which is convenient. The rooms were comfy, although you might have trouble with the stairs if mobility is an issue.

Great location in Hanoi Old Quarter, everything matched the describtion. The accommodation really gives you a hint how to locals live in the center of Hanoi. Tri was very responsive, arranged for us sim card and money exchange for a good rate. Definitely recommend! The first access to the accommodation is a bit funny, but once you climb all the stairs once, everything else is easy 🙏. Thank you again!

Was able to check in early for $20 fee, bedrooms and bedding were clean, restaurants and shops are all close enough to walk to, would definitely stay here again

Really helpful and responsive we had to check in late and everything was really easy to get in stay was really comfortable and nice and location was great especially that couldn’t hear an anything in the room.

We really enjoyed this place! It was a bit unexpected to find out that it’s actually a small hotel with multiple rooms — some are quite small, while others are very spacious — but it definitely works well for a large group. Keep in mind that there is no elevator and the building has four floors, so be prepared for some stairs. The apartment has a loft-style design, which might feel a bit unusual depending on your taste. The host was very kind, responded quickly, and allowed us to leave our luggage for a while after check-out, which we really appreciated.

The host was incredibly attentive and kind, always quick to respond and willing to help with anything I needed. The room was spotless, well-equipped, and clearly prepared with care. I really felt at home here. The location was also amazing! Just a short walk to great local restaurants, cafes, and tourist spots. Super convenient whether you're exploring or just relaxing. I’d absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The 3 floors is as described in the photos. The house is accessible through a small alley which is clean and safe.. There is motorcycle parking space beside the house, local eateries right outside the alley and a cafe at the corner and even Highlands on the next block. The place is worth the price. The host sapphire is also very responsive and caters to our requests, just like when we request to unplug a powerbank that we forgot since we left for Halong Bay tour in a hurry. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in the area.
