You will find a lovely souterrain apartment in the very best-connected part of the city. It has a private entrance directly from the street. The kitchen is well equipped (induction). The living room is comfortable with a huge television & free WIFI. You may use your Netflix & Amazon account. Very atmospheric light all over. Free Coffee :) In the area you will find good restaurants for breakfast, lunch & dinner and many shopping opportunities. The city center is in 10 minutes walking distance.

Top ausgestattete, brandneue 50m2 Wohnung in ruhiger aber zentraler Lage. Das Highlight ist das Pool auf dem Dach im 31. Stock mit Blick über ganz Wien. Die Wohnung ist neuwertig und modern möbliert und mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt: Nespresso Maschine, Küche mit allen Geräten, großer Smart TV, schnelles WLAN, Waschmaschine etc. In nur 7 Minuten erreicht man man die Wiener Innenstadt. Die Lage ist optimal für einen Städtetrip. Die nächste Haltestelle ist nur 50 meter entfernt.

Komfort+Parkplatz+Garten in Wien bei Donauinsel

Diese schöne und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit Gratisparkplatz vor unserem Haus mit Garten bietet viel Platz (58 m2) und liegt in einer sehr sicheren, grünen und ruhigen Wohngegend, nur 10 Gehminuten bis zur Donauinsel und auch das Wiener Stadtzentrum ist relativ schnell und einfach erreichbar. DIe Busstation befindet sich nur wenige Schritte vom Haus entfernt. Mit dem Auto erreichen Sie abhängig vom Verkehr die zahlreichen Wiener Sehenswürdigkeiten in ca. 15-30 Minuten.

Bunker Studio

Exceptional Souterrain Studio which witnesses history. Cool without air-condition! The brick building was built in 1906 for the KrauseCo company. The company built vehicles for a century and moved out in 2005. In World-war 2, a Bunker was installed which is in it's original state today. Kitchen and Furniture where chosen to fit to not to long gone times . 5 minutes to the river - Danube 2,2km to the giant ferris wheel (Prater) 16 minutes to Schwedenplatz by U1 (1st district).

Thanks to the generous room heights and the large window elements, you can enjoy the view from the modern furnished apartment of the green Prater and the Danube Canal. From the infinity pool on the 31st floor you can enjoy the view over the city. The pool is closed from October to April.
