Die Wohnung verfügt über eine gültige Ausnahmebewilligung zur Kurzzeitmiete (Aktenzahl MA37/777373-2024-1), sodass du deinen Aufenthalt sorgenfrei genießen kannst. Die Alte Donau erreichst du in wenigen Minuten. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist 1 Minute entfernt, und die U1 U-Bahn bringt dich in etwa 20 Minuten ins Stadtzentrum.

Very bright spacious apartment, located on the sunny side of the building and also is in walking distance to the Danube. Very calm, family place:) There are 2 separate bedrooms and a living room with sofa with bed-function. Apartment is 5 min away from city center (Stephansplatz) using public transport. Also there is a direct train from airport right in houses neighborhood. All grocery stores are in 1 min walkway. (Billa, Spar)
