My perfectly located (just 10 min. walking distance to the 1st district) 72 m2 (= 720 sq ft) modern apartment is very sunny with huge terrace doors and beautifully furnished. Everything is easily accessible by public transportation; the U1 (underground) is just 2 min. away. In der Pension Sacher - Apartments am Stephansplatz hat jedes der drei gemütlichen großen Zwei-Zimmer-Apartments eine persönliche Note. Wir können kein bestimmtes Apartment zusagen. Alle bieten einen beeindruckenden Blick auf den Stephansdom. Diese Apartments sind zwischen 58 m² und 60 m² groß und verfügen über Vorzimmer mit voll eingerichteter Küche, Badezimmer, Sat-TV, Mobiltelefon sowie Klimatisierung. Die Reinigung erfolgt täglich vormittags an Werktagen und ist im Preis inbegriffen.

Pretty apartment in central Vienna / Belvedere

The apartment is located in the Fasanviertel, very close to the University botanical gardens and Vienna's Belvedere castles. It consists of spacious living room with fully equipped kitchen and double sofa bed, bedroom with king size bed, large bathroom with shower, and a toilet. The place is ideal for relaxing and luxury holidays, its central position (State Opera only 4 stations away by tram) allows to pleasantly explore the beautiful imperial city of Vienna.

Unser Apartment samt Balkon mit ungefähr 44m² und einer senfgelben Nuance eignet sich perfekt für Businessgäste oder Wien-Entdecker. Trotz der sehr zentralen Lage findet man sich hier in einer grünen und ruhigen Umgebung wieder und kann dadurch sowohl entspannen, aber auch schnell mitten ins Geschehen losziehen. Praterloft 35 (WU Campus, Messe)

We used high-quality materials throughout the Praterloft flats (we are architects after all!) We are sure you will be delighted by the solid hardwood floors, wood windows and a matching color scheme. There are 14ft vaulted ceilings throughout and plenty of natural light from the south-facing windows. The flats are furnished with a mix of antiques and modern classics and even custom made pieces.
