My place is close to Middle Bay with the fine beach called Sand Bay right behind the house. There is the bus station down the street, the fisheries are down at the bay, the Douglas-Charles Airport DOM, (former Melville Hall Airport) is fifteen minutes away by car. There are several shops, the post office, the hospital, and the police station. You’ll love my place, the residence of the Sylvester's Family of Marigot, because of the nice atmosphere, the short walk to the beach, and the comfy bed.

Abiden Studio is an open concept room with kichenette and private bathroom . It has a lovely view of the sea and mountains from the entire space. It is comfortable and cosy. It equipped with a fridge, microwave , kettle and other necessities. It's is located approximately 10 minutes from the main town . 2 minutes from the main road/bus stop.There is a Supermarket , Gas Stations and Church near by. It is in also walking distance from the sea.

The Escape

Modern air condition suite, in a multiple dwelling house with three separate fully contained apartments in a private development. Our Contactless checkin/checkout policy is a result of Covid Protocol, while promoting a level of privacy for our guest. It is a 10 minutes drive from Roseau and the major tourist attractions, e.g. Trafalgar falls, hot Sulphur Springs, boiling lake and the freshwater lake. Free parking available on site.

The building is my place of residence. My family lives on the top floor and the premises being offered are on the first floor (donwstairs). The property is located in a middle-class community and our place is secure with perimeter fencing, sliding as well as pedestrian gate entrance. The area is relatively quiet and there is space for guests to jog around the house which sits on 6,600 sq ft.
