The Gray Flat The Flat has 1 bedroom with king size bed with A/C and 1 full bathroom. The bedroom and the living room have a TV hooked to local cable and internet. Incredible Views to the parroquia from the living room, dining table, and kitchen. This apartment includes cable, internet, and maid service once a week. There are stairs to get to the apartment, since is located on the 2nd floor. The flat has doble-pan windows to minimize the noise from being in the heart of San Miguel.

Departamento en el centro de san Miguel, excelente vista panorámica por encontrarse en un segundo nivel, y con una maravillosa terraza (este departamento que se renta, la terraza es privada), y teniendo muy cerca el mercado artesanías, iglesias, restaurantes, antros, todo a un paso de ti, no necesitas vehículo ya que hay estacionamientos a 100 metros y 200 metros a la redonda, si necesitas moverte en la ciudad cuento con contacto con taxis o uber.

Breezes flow, it's a quiet refuge, Easy walk to the Jardin, transportation is just outside the door. I've recently added SELF CHECK-IN and NO CLEANING FEE. We offer daily tidying up and laundry ( for a tip), purified water & king beds. We want to offer the best of a B&B and the best of a hotel.
