This 4+ bedroom property, just blocks from the Heavenly ski resort, and minutes from the lake, beach and casinos, is available for a small group of max 6 adults, with children < age 5. An indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, home theater with 106' screen, billiard and poker tables and outdoor BBQ will keep guests entertained for days. My place is located a short distance from the Heavenly Ski Resort Boulder and Stage Coach Lodges. There are many hiking and biking trails nearby including the amazing Tahoe Rim Trail https://tahoerimtrail.org/maps-trail-info/. The condo has a fireplace, a private deck with views of Carson Valley and Tahoe Basin, a gas grill, a 4 person hot tub, 3 bedrooms (Cal King, King, and Queen Beds), two bathrooms, high-speed WiFi, and FireStick TVs. There is also access to a community pool and hot tub.

Come enjoy the West Shore of Lake Tahoe! Wonderful Bavarian style home with hot tub and a 20-25 minute drive to Alpine and Squaw ski resorts. Come home to hot tub, fireplace and high speed wifi! This adorable remodel has a downstairs living plan, a private hot tub on the huge back deck, heated bathroom floors, new carpets as of 2024 and sleeping for 7 people. All the bedrooms are upstairs, and they all feature queen size beds. Also upstairs is a workspace, laundry, and a loft play area.

Beautiful mountain and lake views. Situated atop the eastern ridge of the Sierra Nevada Mtns, our condo provides the perfect place to base your vacation stay in Lake Tahoe. Walking access to the Tahoe Rim Trail and just a couple miles to numerous beach options, this is a natural paradise. Plenty of off street parking in front of the condo, and just a few steps to the pool and hot tub make this location extremely convenient.(pool now open, hot tubs still closed till regulations relaxed)

Delightful Condo in Truckee

Our condo is a great winter and summer location. Just 10 minutes from Squaw, 15 minutes from North Star, 15 minutes from Lake Tahoe and 4 minutes to Donner lake. Complete with a deck, grill, garage, shared hot tub and pool, and a full kitchen. *No pets - we've had ppl sneak them in and our cleaners always know. It's a $1k fee when we find out.
