În bucătărie se pot găsi toate ustensilele necesare pentru prepararea unei mese, iar se poate sta la masa din interior cât și la masuta de pe balcon pentru o priveliște de vis.Din balcon se vede tot satul ipotesti, apartamentul fiind la etaj.
