Little Studio in an authentic village (#1)

My place is close to the center of the area of Lassithi. This makes it a good starting point for visits to all interesting sites and beaches of the area. You’ll love my place because of the quietness. It's at the edge of an authentic, non-touristic village, just above the river stream that runs next to the village (usually dry in the summer, but still offering nice walks next to it and a cool refreshing breeze at night). My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families (1-2 kids).

This is a charming apartment on the 3rd floor, completely new, built in January 2017. It can host up to 3 persons, so it is ideal for a couple with a child or 3 friends. The apartment has a bedroom, one bath, and a fully equipped kitchen & living room. An elevator can take you up to the 2nd floor. Excellent location: just 5 mins on foot from the central square of Kos town, 10 mins from the port and 3-4 mins to the nearest beach ("Aktaion") with views both to the sea and the mountain.

A veranda with sea views is also available. A barbecue area and a wood-burning stove are also available. New: Effective immediately, an clima fee of €8 per day applies, which must be paid in cash on site.

Enjoy the spectacular view of the port of Agios Kirykos and a relaxing stay in this small apartment of 22 sq m in the center of the city. After ascending 60 stairs, the view will be absolutely rewarding.
