Unique cottage home is cute, quaint, clean, and full of character! Enter through the mahogany front door into this cozy home with heart pine floors from the Atlanta Pencil Factory pressure treated tongue and groove flooring on the large 8' x 30' side screened porch accessible by french glass doors in the living room and a door from the kitchen. This cottage is completely remodeled in sound board, cypress siding, custom bead board cabinets . (Call me for one for for to nine ate zero to to save$)

This adorable downtown home has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, screened in porch( cause we protect and serve), fenced in back yard, and location!!!There is some adorable charm with First Friday of each month to look forward to in downtown Brunswick. We welcome this beautiful home that has recently been fully remodeled and includes a entertainment game house in the backyard. It features a pool table, air hockey table, ping pong table, dart board and other fun entertainment. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and smart TVs. High speed WiFi available. There is a screened in porch with patio furniture and a large outdoor patio area perfect for Grilling out. Kids will surely enjoy this fabulous home. No pets.
