In this unique central Davis neighborhood, our 100-year-old cottage was completely rejuvenated in 2021. Walk into a restful and relaxing environment just minutes away from the university town of Davis. From this location, downtown is easily accessible on foot or bicycle. The complement of the modern updated decor is balanced by a blend of vintage furniture. During warmer months, the back yard provides a shaded, quiet area to enjoy. In cooler weather, a gas fire pit provides cozy warmth outdoors.

Relax in a peaceful neighborhood close to downtown Davis. Here, you’re only a 20 minute drive to Sacramento! There’s a lovely park next door and a path that leads straight to downtown Davis. There’s grocery stores nearby, and the guesthouse is outfitted with a personal kitchen complete with all your cooking needs. There’s an outdoor patio and yard that you can also enjoy. Inside, there’s a queen size bed and a pullout sleeper couch for some extra sleep space. Enjoy your private section of Davis!

Comfy Queen bed, toiletries, stocked kitchen & private patio. Napa, S.F., Sac, Winters all at your fingertips. Dog allowed w/ permission & $65 pet fee.

Vineyard stay on Great Bear Vineyards, homestead

A rustic homestead, built in 1860, set in a beautiful vineyard and farm. A very simple dwelling, with old and antique furnishings. It does have electric lights and a small bathroom with a shower, but that is about the last modernization this old homestead has seen in the last 160 years. If you are looking for a quiet get-away with no kitchen and no TV, where you can listen to the birds sing and squirrels play on the roof, then this is the place for you.
