House is a comfortable 2/2 on a half acre with 270ft of Suwanee river frontage. Suwanerenity is also conveniently located within view of Fanning Springs park, Anderson boat ramp, and Suwaneebell restaurant, while still maintaining an atmosphere of seclusion and serenity. Let it sink in!

Welcome to our 415 sq. ft. tiny home! Our tiny home features a queen bed with a pull out sofa, a full kitchen, bathroom and big front porch. On property there is a 9ft deep swimming pool, pub (with pool tables/games, jukebox that offers beer/wine and food.) a laundromat and a bathhouse. We do offer plenty of parking for vehicles, boats and trailers if needed. Locally there are multiple springs, scalloping, fishing, hunting, bike trails, antique stores, shopping and much more!

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway located along the upper Steinhatchee River. Located down a dead end road in the woods. Across the river is Conservation Land so you will hear lots of birds, crickets, owls, and frogs. If you’re lucky you may even spot deer, wild boar, bobcats, otter, gators or manatee. This is a natural "Old Florida " environment complete with critters and bugs. Bug spray is recommended when outdoors in the warmer months.
