Garden Suite

This light-filled, quiet and private Garden Suite is an extension of the house, with a separate entrance, overlooking garden and pool, and a wooded area. The Unit has two rooms which are partially separated by a beautiful stone wall. The rooms offer every comfort needed for a stay, whether it is a weekend or longer. The Garden Suite does not have a kitchen. Cleveland Park is a historic neighborhood, boasting great restaurants, shops and lovely walks nearby, such as Rock Creek Park and the zoo.

DC Treehouse - Charming, private 1-bdrm ADU in DC

Come to DC to work or play but stay here to relax. DC can be a busy, loud, fast-moving city at times, but the space we've cultivated here is a tranquil escape from the commotion without having to leave the city. This private 1 bedroom accessory dwelling unit has a full bathroom, full kitchen, laundry machines, desk/workspace, dining table, and small porch with table and chairs for a morning cup of coffee or evening cocktail surrounded by trees. This spacious cottage is the perfect home base for families, couples, or professionals exploring DC. Start the day with breakfast made in a fully stocked chef's kitchen. Take a short walk to the Rhode Island Ave metro (Red Line), Catholic University, trendy Brookland restaurants, breweries, yoga studio, and grocery store. Rent a bike from Capital Bikeshare and hop on the nearby Metropolitan Bike Trail. At night, relax with a glass of wine around a cozy fire pit table on our cobblestone patio.

Enjoy being minutes to downtown while having your own Washingtonian Residence all to yourself after a day of touring all that DC has to offer. Plus a free parking permit for street parking.

Free standing, two-story, spacious carriage house with full kitchen, living room, dining space, bedroom, and 1.5 baths. Complete privacy. Located in a historic alley, 2-blocks from the metro, within walking distance of the convention center, downtown, City Center, and 14th St corridor. Reach numerous restaurants, cafes, shops, and other amenities by walking. If you do not want to be out in the city, there is enough room to spread out and relax. There is no parking at the property. No pets.

Cozy Cabin in the City on Cap Hill

A cabin in the city! So cute! The building is in our backyard and has private entry, queen bed, bathroom and kitchenette. A quiet Capitol Hill neighborhood. Street parking readily available. Wifi. HVAC that you control. Solar powered & green cleaning supplies! Awesome shared patio space! Speaking of our patio, we typically have legal marijuana growing there. If you want a free sample, let us know because we are happy to leave you a pre-roll or two. But remember, only smoke outdoors!

Our stunning, newly-renovated modern guest house is the perfect place to stay in Washington, whether you're here to see the monuments or for meetings on Capitol Hill. The house is tucked into a quiet, lovely neighborhood while also being close to the action: You can easily walk to the U.S. Capitol, the Supreme Court, Eastern Market, RFK Stadium and Barracks Row, where you'll find some of the best restaurants in the city. It's also a short walk to the Potomac Avenue metro station.

Our renovated carriage house studio is located in one of DC's best neighborhoods, just two blocks from bustling 14th Street (Logan Circle), 17th Street (Dupont Circle), and U Street. It's close to downtown DC with the White House about a mile away and the National Mall close by! 14th Street is a two-minute walk and offers the best restaurants, bars, and shops in DC. Our studio is the perfect location for visiting friends, sightseeing, and exploring all that DC has to offer.
